No. 5 - Issue Project Room
Thursday, July 6th, ISSUE presents New York artist Evan Caminiti and San-Francisco-based filmmaker Paul Clipson in an audiovisual collaboration drawing from Caminiti’s most recent album Toxic City Music (Dust Editions 2017) as well as Clipson’s recent 16mm impressions of the “charged metabolism” of city life. The evening also sees Iranian-born, NYC-based producer, violinist, vocalist and multi-media artist SADAF presenting new work.
No. 4 - Montreal
Happy to present Toxic City Music as part of this fantastic lineup in Montreal.
We are happy to present this event with our friends at Commend. The night will focus on the live electronic processing of sounds recorded throughout NYC. It is free but we will be accepting donations for Planned Parenthood.
Evan Caminiti's Toxic City Music is now available for pre-order. It will be released world wide on March 3, 2017. The first edition consists of 100 copies on transparent blue vinyl and 200 on black. Thanks to all who pre-ordered on Bandcamp yesterday, as our funds all went to the NRDC and Bandcamp's portion went to the ACLU.
After a lengthy period of incubation, Dust Editions is materializing with it's first LP release - Evan Caminiti's Toxic City Music. We're pleased to present this limited edition in LP and digital formats. It will be available spring 2017. Stay tuned for more.
